Exhibition

During the whole onsite event, you will have the possibility to get inspired and visit some of our acclaimed exhibitors in two specially designated areas: 

• In the festival hall we have space for up to 16 exclusive exhibitor booths. They are located right and left of the main stage and guarantee a high visibility and frequency. 
• Between the festival hall and the Wappensaal group you can meet the organisers and their service portfolio.  

 Do not miss the opportunity to pay a visit during the breaks of the conference and take advantage of this additional networking possibility!

Information for interested exhibitors: 

As mentioned, we only have space for 16 exhibitor booths in the Festival Hall. It includes a 2x2 m2 space, a table, 2 chairs and power plug. Free Wifi is available in the whole area. We recommend to show up with roll-ups, as the "building-up" has to be done in the morning of the first day. And the buiding-down right after the ending of the second day. 

The availability will be handled after a first-come-first-serviced priniciple and you can reserve yourself a booth by booking a "Onsite Exhibitor Ticket" for Euro 1350,-
