Tickets
Good news first - a virtual participation is still possible for free, but just for the virtual participants.
"Unfortunately" the event became to big to finance it fully by the organiser team. Therefore we have to charge the catering costs for the oniste participation on 19/20.5.2025 in the Viennese Townhall. This way we can guarantee to use the full capacity of our great location and do not have to close it a few weeks before, as we can not finance the provision of food and drinks.
We can offer the following ticket categories:

| 110 | The first 100 onsite participants can register for a reduced participant fee |
| 165 | Regular ticket for the onsite participation on 8/9.5.2023 |
| 1350 | The onsite exhibitor ticket includes an entrance ticket + one of the 16 exclusive booths in the Festival hall. Further information you will find in the menu point "Exhibition". |
| 3300 | The Sponsoring ticket includes an entrance ticket, a booth or a speaker slot in one of the workshops and additional promotion acitivities. Further information you will find in the menu point "Sponsoring". |
Attention: Due to the Russian invasion in Ukraine and the ongoing war, participants from Russia and Belarus are not allowed to participante in this event.
