Workshop 5.4: Diversity in Software development – Why Diversity Experience matters
What role does diversity play in software development? What is diversity experience anyway? And how does diversity experience influence the quality of software solutions, technologies and products? In this interactive online workshop, we will shed light on why diversity is more than just a buzzword - and how diversity in practice leads to better solutions, more inclusive products and services. We will also use innovative research projects to show how diversity and technology development interact - and we look forward to an interactive exchange with the participants.
